How long does it take to receive my compounded medication? We prepare most compounded medications within 24 hours of your approval.
Orders are shipped via Express Post for next working-day delivery, so you can expect to receive your medication within 24-48 hours.
If you prefer, in-store pick up is also available.
Can I make changes to my upload after submitting the form? Yes—if we haven’t begun compounding yet, you can request changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after submitting the form to update details, correct errors, or clarify instructions. Once compounding begins, changes may not be possible.
Is compounding covered by Medicare or private health insurance? Compounded medications are not covered by Medicare (PBS). However, some private health funds may provide partial reimbursement under Extras cover, depending on your policy. We recommend checking with your insurer to confirm your level of cover.
