How long does it take to receive my compounded medication? Most compounded medications are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after you approve the quote. Delivery times depend on your location, but standard shipping across Australia typically takes an additional 1–3 business days. Express options and in-store pick-up are available.
Can I make changes to my upload after submitting the form? Yes—if we haven’t begun compounding yet, you can request changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after submitting the form to update details, correct errors, or clarify instructions. Once compounding begins, changes may not be possible.
Is compounding covered by Medicare or private health insurance? Compounded medications are not covered by Medicare (PBS). However, some private health funds may provide partial reimbursement under Extras cover, depending on your policy. We recommend checking with your insurer to confirm your level of cover.
